No Returns Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases. Please carefully review your order before submitting payment, as we cannot make changes or accommodations once the order has been processed. We work in small stocks with artisans from all over Pakistan and 90% of our items are limited edition, hence a return becomes unfair on other customers who might have wanted to buy the item first. Specialty items like ours have limited market and are often difficult to resell hence the no return policy. 

Exceptions:

- Damaged or defective items: We will replace or provide a store credit for items that arrive to you damaged or defective. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to report any issues.
- Incorrect orders: We will correct any errors on our part, such as sending the wrong item. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to report any issues.

Note:

- We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
    - Change of mind
    - Size or fit issues (please check our sizing charts before ordering)
    - Color or style preferences
    - Any other reason not mentioned in our exceptions
